Find Stillness and Clarity with

Guided Meditation

Quiet the mind, release stress, and connect with your inner wisdom.

Guided meditation helps you reach a state of deep relaxation and awareness, even if you’ve struggled to meditate on your own. With soothing direction and visualization, you’ll be led into a calm and centered state where healing and insight can naturally unfold.

At Sacred Light Reiki, guided meditation may be used on its own or alongside Reiki and energy work to amplify your healing experience. Whether your goal is stress relief, emotional release, or spiritual growth, meditation offers you the gift of presence and peace.

What is Guided Meditation?

What is Guided Meditation?

  • A person or recording leads the practice with verbal instructions, directing focus to breathing, body scans, visualizations, or affirmations.

  • Best for beginners or when you want support for a particular intention (relaxation, healing, visualization)

  • The difference between guided meditation and silent meditation is the focus and intention of the practice. Silent meditation focuses on breathing and observing thoughts without judgment.

Benefits of Guided Meditation

  • Stress relief, better sleep, emotional balance, focus, reduced anxiety, and spiritual connection.

  • Provides structure and guidance, especially helpful for beginners.

  • Easier to stay focused, since the voice acts as an anchor

What to Expect in a Session

  • You’ll be welcomed into a calm, safe environment, often with dim lighting, soft cushions or mats.

  • I’ll lead you with spoken words, to help you settle, breathe deeply and set a personal intention. Then I’ll guide your awareness to your breath and body.

  • The session gently concludes with grounding words and silence.
